There are many reasons people come to counselling. Counselling can be a support during a trauma, grief or life crises. It can be a space to come to when we feel stuck, whether that be in a relationship, a career or in losing sight of one's life direction. Counselling can help to find some clarity when we are unsure of our thoughts, our feelings or our motivations.
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist and I offer counselling from my quiet consultation room in Summertown, Oxford. I have extensive experience and training to work with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, compulsions and motivations. This is a safe, supportive, non-judgemental and confidential space to explore, understand and work through these issues.
